March Field Air Museum - Lockheed SR-71A Blackbird

The March Field Air Museum's SR-71, 61-7975, was delivered to the Air Force in 1967. The SR-71 spent several years at Kadena AFB, flying photo recon missions over Vietnam during the war. The small white snakes or "HABUs" that adorn the rear cockpit are sortie marks tallied for every reconnaissance mission during Vietnam. The SR-71 accumulated 82 such marks.

A shot of a duck on the lake at the Riverside National Cemetery. Went over there last weekend to visit my grandparents and took my camera along for several shots.

Took this shot in RAW, and created 5 exposures in Lightroom to create an HDR. Second attempt at using a single RAW file to create an HDR.

Cleaning Hamster

Took this shot during a trip to the park with my kids and my son took along his hamster. While my son was holding him out for me to take a quick shot, he (the hamster) started to clean himself, ended up being an interesting shot.

A shot of a Southwest plane coming in for landing at Ontario Airport. I was out testing my newly purchased Nikon D50...I've since upgrade to a D70, then to a D200 which is my current body.
